Starting a Good Exercise Routine?

I got into working out early last summer and while I was doing it I have to say I felt great! The only equipment I actually bought were a yoga mat, and a 32oz waterbottle. I drank 2 of every day and worked out 6 days out of the week and it made me feel super accomplished.

I just skimmed the other posts but it seems like there are a lot of different things that you can try. For me personally, it's really hard for me to make my own routines, so I started doing pilates off the blogilates youtube channel. Her videos focus on strength, endurance, and carido:

For me this was a great starting point, and getting through the entire first month calander was super accomplishing. After that I moved on to her regular workout calanders and did them to the best of my abilities. The problem is her personality really grated on me after a while. Luckily, my friend put together a workout routine, and I followed that since.

I've since fallen off the ball on staying active, and plan on getting back into it eventually. But yeah, if I don't know what I'm going to be working on ahead of time I won't want to do it at all. So something with a schedule is a really good idea.
