Fixed, it was mat_specular set to 1 causing the texture.
Some of my hat's textures are replaced by fire. I suspect it's from a fps config I'm trying. Any help?

They fixed that. When I was using chris's max fps config, the fire texture doesn't happen.

				Straight from Chris' maxframes cfg:
mat_specular 0
Controls specularity. Setting this to 0 will make ubers non-shiny, and will remove some specular effects from in-game entities which support it. Setting this to 1 on dx8 will result in some strange `fire' textures replacing their appropriate counterparts, especially on medals, and certain hats.
So set it to 0 in your new cfg to fix it.
