I opened up tf2 after not playing for a while and my target id is broken.
When mousing over a friendly player the user's name appears in the usual spot, however the health is displayed above the person. I've even tried another hud (noto) and the problem remains which is very weird. I redownloaded the hud thrice and no luck.

Put the above command in autoexec or something though, otherwise the game will default back to what you have now instead.
