Kenneth told me that the cup was going to take place on b16 because b17 came out too close to the cup and it has a few too many bugs for them to want to play it.
The differences between the two aren't too huge- mostly a modified logroom and slightly different mid below the bridge- but AFAIK b16 is the map.
