A smoothie:
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup kale
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric

2 pitted dates
1 1/2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/4 cup of oats
1 small piece of ginger
1 pinch of black pepper
cheddar chex mix, wafflecut cape cod sea salt kettle cooked chips, and flavorblasted cheddar goldfish can't go wrong
personally whenever i need some gamer fuel i go cook a nice medium rare sirloin steak

For me, it's popcorn. Easy to make at home with the right stuff, cheap as hell, reasonably healthy and damn tasty.
If you've got a microwave proof glass bowl with a lid, you just put some popcorn in the bottom (I go with a 1/4 cup), pour in a bit of oil to coat the kernels. Salt it. Jam the entire thing in the microwave for a while (will take experimentation based on your microwave and how much popcorn you're using- for me it's 3:30). Salt again, add desired toppings and melted butter, and eat. The bowl will be hot, though.
