Missing Massdrop package?

Anybody know the best way to contact USPS? After ordering my Naos 7000 and after numerous delays with the manufacturer in China, the package goes missing http://imgur.com/0n2LqMi ive tried emailing and calling multiple times, but with no luck. Anybody know any other ways to contact USPS?

Massdrop contacts the manufacturer in China, and they had a ton of delays due to Chinese New Year, and then they send it to massdrop and they send it back to the customer, so i dont believe this is the problem ;-;

My mouse pad took 9 weeks. You can expect that with massdrop.

This is an issue I've seen with USPS multiple times. The package isn't necessarily where the website tells you it is. If it's shipping from China, just wait it out. It'll show up.

massdrop is slow as fuck. waited almost 2 months for my aurora, and the online tracking didn't even say it arrived it was 'in transit' the whole time. I had to go to my post office and ask for it.
