csgo framedrops every ~30 seconds

hey guys, i've been playing more csgo lately and something that's been really annoying for me is the game randomly dropping to 20-30 fps every 30 or so seconds. it's extremely noticeable since i usually run at 300fps and it's super annoying. i'm on a 3570k at 4.2ghz with a gtx 760. here are my launch options if that'll help:

-sw -w 1920 -h 1080 -noborder  -novid -noforcemparms +exec autoexec

i get this as well, usually on dm servers and ffa server

from what i read theyre saying it's something to do with your audio

i have not had time to confirm it however

Isn't it cl_forcepreload? or is this something different I should use?

oops ya i will edit. it is default off, but if you did have it on (because it gave better fps before) it can cause spikes now. the steam overlay causes fps drops for me. only on accounts with a lot of friends/groups/invites. took me awhile to figure out why my main had spikes and my alts were fine
