This site is mostly used by competitive TF2 players, most of which play in a 6v6 format that doesn't use that much of sniper. That means not many of us will find this useful. Also, your footage is from a public server which is deemed by most competitive players as an easy relaxed way of playing where you don't really give a damn about what's going on or who's going to win.
The video itself wasn't that bad. The video quality was good but your commentary was a bit stiff; maybe try and prepare your speech beforehand so that you don't repeat yourself? And try to use your intonation a tad more.
To end this up, probably don't post this kind of videos on tf.tv again. The TF2 reddit is a lot better place for this kind of stuff. If you find competitve tf2 interesting and start playing it, you can come back. Good luck with your future videos.

This also reads a bit confrontational to me. To clarify, the issue isn't that you shouldn't post it here, it's that there isn't much of an audience for this type of content here and it would be much better suited for /r/tf2.
