2 things to check:
1)You got the port number right
2)Your name may already be used by a registered user, try a different one.

mumble server is looking for an auth certificate (in My Documents for windows) that's tied to your username

you can retrieve + import that certificate, ask the mumble admin to delete your username, or make a new username
