Wasn't sure if I should post in Off Topic or whatever.
If I go to my / someone's Steam profile on Steam. I have no issues loading profiles via Chrome / browser. The window in the top right is there, I can use the arrow keys to barely see that I'm going through the profile, the window is just tiny. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I think I'm having the same issue as well. If a fix is out there, I'd love to hear about it.
The window size is not the issue, the page that loads within the window is super tiny up in the corner and the rest of the window is empty.
