I like comcast for the most part. So far all the things that made the anti comcast jerk (shit service, dropping net, etc) hasn't happend to me in downriver (yet) and it's p good.

I have WOW! and hate it atm. It's been great for the past 3 years and they're very friendly but our neighborhood just cannot handle all the kids off for summer. I get ping spikes every second from 30 to 200 and there's nothing they can do about it.

Comcast gets a lot of shit for a reason: so many people have it.
The vocal minority is very strong with Comcast. No one goes on the Internet to complain about the 3 months straight of solid Internet without any disconnects

I have WOW! It used to be really awful, made any online game unplayable but eventually it just got better and now I can't complain at all. Sometimes I do get insane spikes in ping coupled with packet loss now and then, so switching to Comcast was probably the better choice.
