Okay, now I'm legitimately curious as to the differences of having implants under the breast tissue, vs under the muscle, and why one would chose one over the other.

I have a feeling it has to do with how the augmented breast feels post-surgery.

Basically you can tan without the pain. Also feels better.

don't forget about ease of lactation - some implant methods damage or block crucial tissue
