At the beginning, you look like you did the panning through spectator mode. Instead, it's better to take an STV demo and do what is called "demo smoothing." Tutorial is here
Edit: demo must be a POV demo, not stv. My bad
most people in the competitive tf2 community don't enjoy public server footage, try playing 6v6 or highlander (9v9) and making something from that gameplay instead
if you need assistance getting into competitive or have questions playcomp.tf should be helpful
Use gun sounds, don't underestimate how much of an impact they give. Timing them along with the beat of a song can work really well. Also it looks like you used twixtor at some points, you definitely shouldn't be doing that on PC clips. Look up Lawena and how to render high fps clips using it, then simply use the velocity tool (idk what its called in after effects or whatever), it looks so much smoother slowing things down than twixtor ever would.
You should also look for better footage to edit, most people don't care for pub edits.

It's an account with 14 hours, with no avatar and the footage is blurred and in Dutch. Looks like troll to me :P
Also what you'd pronounce as huy would mean dick or a faggot in a lot of Slavic languages, though it could just be a typo.
It is not a troll I just played bfh for a long time now i try to find a new game to play.

I don't think a troll would upload so many similar videos to youtube as this guy has, it'd have to be one REALLY committed troll
Edit:

I want to believe its a troll just because of that now lol
Not a troll, however also not the forum for your type of videos
Sorry then if it's not a troll. I just couldn't understand why you'd have a game in dutch when you have american flag here.
Some feedback from me then: ideally you want to have your game in English and HUD disabled instead of blurred. Now I don't remember how you do the later as I don't make videos but I believe that someone will post it soon.
The first you can change by right clicking on the games name in Steam and going into Properties.
Besides that it's OK for a pub footage though most people here play comp and it's hard to impress them.
Also if you want to have a HUD enabled and game in Dutch while you're playing you can record a demo with command 'record <name>' and then play it with different settings.
To disable your hud on a server you need (for some reason) sv_cheats 1. However, recording from demos in lawena allows you to turn off the hud, among other various elements
CHERRYSorry then if it's not a troll. I just couldn't understand why you'd have a game in dutch when you have american flag here.
I don't understand, you have a Somalian flag here but you are Polish? Stop trolling pls!!
Besides it doesn't matter what language your game is in, lots of russians don't change it to English either and I barely notice it or care.
What do you all mean with a public server? I just click on multiplayer and play my game.
http://playcomp.tf
public means ur playing in a regular server, which is not what this community wants to see. they want to see competitive play in private, organized servers.
Look for Lawena recording tool in google.
use other people demos , from 6's or 9v9.
keep it up, there are so many tutorials out there .... if you need some links I can provide them

Was alright, with a bit of practice you could have bright future in video editing. Should definitely work on making longer videos too, try some around a 3 minute length.
The intro was... nice, I suppose. Other people have suggested stuff regarding that, but I'll just say that the map sort of... cutting off in a square shape near the end of the intro there was sort of disengaging.
That blurriness during the gameplay... really looks ugly. And I'm not quite sure what the point of that small camera bit at the end was.
As far as content goes... It was okay? For non-competitive play. I don't think there's any value in showing post-game humiliation, though.
