battlefield bad company 2 is on 78% sale right now. (vietnam aswell) it still has a very active community and some even still play the vietnam dlc maps. imo it was the last good mulitplayer battlefield and is up there with 2 as one of the greater battlefields.

edit: you dont need origin or some other third party program to run this btw.

If ever you wanted to buy Civ 5, this is the time to do it. It's 25$ for the game and all the DLC, though it may go on sale for less a little later into the summer season, if you're willing to wait.

You can't buy games with price under 0.00

I know steam summer sale is cool and all but I bought civ 5 not too long ago for cheaper in kinguin. It's $14 CAD right now. Note that this also is the complete edition and is redeemable on steam. http://www.kinguin.net/category/4906/sid-meier-s-civilization-v-complete-edition-steam-key/
There are also a lot of games for cheaper like witcher 3 for $35, fallout 4 for $40 (steam version, literally $30 less than on steam), etc. Although not all of them are redeemable on steam so if you are buying here make sure to check for that.
Disclaimer: I am not associated with Kinguin and the only reason I know about is I decided to check the website after watching a million hearthstone tournaments sponsored by them.
Edit: I just realized civ 5 complete edition is $13.74 cad right now on steam which is probably slightly cheaper. Kinguin's price is always around $14 though, when not on sale.

Flash sale came up for Hero Siege, it's a pretty simple arena-like hack and slash dungeon crawler, kind of like Binding of Isaac but in a totally different art direction.

$0.89 on this sale, I've enjoyed many hours of this game. It maintains your experience gained and stat/ability investment so when you start a new game to delve 120+ waves down, you're not starting from level 1, but whatever level you've invested in your character. If you die, you don't lose any investments. I'm a level 90-some Viking on one of my files, you can have multiple files of the multiple classes that you use to play, with 5 levels of difficulty, and great levels.
89 cents is a huge bargain.
The DLC is good but pricey so up to you, DLC benefits (in the long run, the DLC benefits are currently in beta) are allowing co-op play (but currently require someone to host from his/her computer, you need to have open port and other things like that set up), and once they've worked out some more co-op updates, there will be chances to play on game-servers with friends for co-op.

Flash sales for Rayman Legends ($9.99) and Postal 2 ($0.99) for the next ~10 hours.
If you like platforming games, Rayman Legends is one of the best (if not the best) available on Steam. Postal 2, on the other hand, is one of the weirdest games I've played. It's only dollar so I'd say it's definitely worth trying out.

E.Y.E Divine Cybermancy is going to go on sale tomorrow, most likely for the classic $0.99
Half-Minute Hero 1 and 2 are $2.50 together, $2.75 if you want the extra quest and title DLC.
One Way Heroics is still $0.69 as I'm typing/posting this.
