ive been doing some reading on cl_interp and rates etc. and it seems like this is what i should use:
hitscan class cfgs:
cl_interp 0.033
cl_cmdrate "67"
cl_interp_ratio "2"
cl_lagcompensation "1"
cl_pred_optimize "2"
cl_smooth "0"
cl_smoothtime "0.01"
cl_updaterate "67"
rate "100000"
projectile class cfgs:
cl_interp 0.0152
cl_cmdrate "67"
cl_interp_ratio "1"
cl_lagcompensation "1"
cl_pred_optimize "2"
cl_smooth "0"
cl_smoothtime "0.01"
cl_updaterate "67"
rate "100000"
so my question is: do i just paste these lines of text into the class.cfg folders?
like this? or is there another way to do it?

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

yes, and they are both the same
yes, and they are both the same
- so few of those can actually be changed while connected to a server
- yes, copy and paste to each class config
- difference: nothing in regards to tf2, configs are just scripts in source
