Look man, I just made this LFT thread looking to play some Team Fortress 2 video games, okay.
I didn't want or mean for drama to start for literally no reason, I thought I had buried the hatchet for all of this shit.
I've been trying to work on improving my attitude and tilting issues as of recently. I don't know how literally me being supposedly mad at MGE has anything to do with anything I just previously listed.

I did not leave my S20 team because I kept losing MGEs to players on my team. I just do not wish to be a train wreck and play with a person I clearly do not want to play with.

my only interaction with him was a few weeks ago in mumble where he wouldn't stop bragging about beating b4nny in mge. but hey sometimes we all get a bit cocky.

I was the leader of the open team Vari was scouting for. We had our disagreements(alot) and most of what has been said is true, but for those actually looking for a player here instead of adding to the shitfest, here are concrete attributes about Vari.
- He plays the game very well but makes a few mistakes when frustrated
- Comms are very good, but very rare occasions of whining and bitching do occur
- Biggest problem is out of game. Doesn't like scrimming and there is a whole lot of whining, but if you talk sense to him he will usually come around.
- Vari will be a fine addition to any open team and if he gets his shit together could easily do well in IM

as someone who played on his ugc iron team, i can safely say he is 100% buttmad 100% of the time

i also witnessed him remove someone from his friendslist because they took the health in DM

he used an mge alt, beat me, then called me a shitty highlander backup... im not saying it's not true but that doesnt seem like something someone who "tries to be nice to everyone" would do

he seems ok now that he added me on his main and apologized, but still thats pretty fucked up and kinda solidifies the whole "takes mge too seriously and shittalks anyone he beats" thing

I played with Vari for a bit and hes pretty talented. I think a lot of the frustration and lack of drive to scrim that HotCoffee was talking about just came from it being pretty infuriating to play on a team that you're really much better than (which can be an ego problem of its own) but Vari is pretty dedicated to getting better, even if that means he cares about mge way too much.

Yeah he tilts easy and yeah he makes an ass out of himself when he opens his mouth sometimes but he likes anime so that's to be expected. Give him a tryout it will definitely be worth your time at the very least.
