I have not sent out an email to the venue yet, as I was wanting to see feedback from people first. I have something ready to send, and will be doing that in the next couple days.

As for a date, I would prefer August, however I'm really stuck for dates in August. The first weekend is the Civic Holiday, and if people aren't away that weekend, there's also a strong chance they would be running other events. The weekend after that, I will be camping, then I will be out of the city for two weeks.

The last weekend of July (25-26) would work for me if I'm not working at a Pan Am Games venue on the Saturday. That has yet to be confirmed.

25-26th is when they're having the event with Hai and Kripp I believe.

I suppose it's best first to email them, see if they're even interested, then find out dates they have open. If people aren't going away the Civic weekend, and they're open, that seems to be the best time.

Civic weekend is by far the best for me. nvm I got that wrong. The week before or after Civic holiday would be best for me.

I would show up at any point as long as the cost isn't ridiculously high, I could just take the bus from Guelph or pay to sleep on someone's floor

also drinks there must be a bar meetup since the legal age is much lower here

if this happens we should pool some money together and get poutine catering and offer back bacon to those unwilling to suffer a heart attack from eating poutine
