That's just the Ubercharge meter.
In hudlayout.res, change the "HudMedicCharge" wide value to "f0"
Also, in HudMedicCharge.res, change the "ChargeMeter" wide value to "f0"

I can't understand what you're trying to sayHe's korean, can't blame him for trying.

Well yes, it is very hard to learn a new language. Good on him for trying but that doesn't change the fact that I couldn't understand him. To be honest if I was in his shoes, I'd be making the exact same mistakes as him, it's trial and error really.
