If he gets banned, then Vipa's team is essentially fucked. All of their wins will be overturned (the one's with where bo4r has played), and that's pretty much most of them. Even if Vipa didn't know if he was a hacker (can happen), then it'll suck for him.

He and his team vehemently defend bo4r despite all the evidence to the contrary. They'll deserve it.

I was looking through a TF2 hacker group called lmaobox mvm. Yes a group of hackers that play MVM together. I guess for some people MVM is so hard that they need to cheat?

Anyways so far I came up with one guy that I'm 99% sure is cheating:

He has 800 hours in TF2, 2 VAC bans on record within the last year, is part of that lmaobox mvm group, and is on some kind of inactive Highlander team called "Get Good." He also has on his profile LFT iron to Gold. That's quite a skill range, but I'm sure with his lmaobox he could easily play at any level!

Well looks like yuri is unbanned again and playing centers. The irony of that log is bo4r vs yuri. Notice yuris 68% accuracy on sniper. If she's legit why is she not on a high invite team? She clearly has the best aim in the game by FAR.

91% Scatter accuracy, 63% sniper. But the evidence is in the STV, the accuracy stats which I believe are probably quite accurate are only supporting evidence.

After I watched that STV, I was already convinced, but just for the fun of it I wanted to see one of him sniping. This is where it gets laughable. He gets a 12K on warmfront lands like 12 headshots in a row, he might have missed once or twice?

I didnt notice but my friend told me that he does not have 'kaos' in his past names, so the guy in the clip is not actually him but, after some research the same friend told me that this is the cheating profile http://steamcommunity.com/id/BananaProsecutor so he is actually using an alt to cheat.
Under the video he said "someone called me a cheater..." if he is not why is he using an alt?

This person was on one of my old disbanded teams (we were going into iron/steel ugc 6s, Her friend now picked her up on some plat team (?) ). She was fishy at first and nobody would believe me when I called her out but then a couple weeks later she admitted it when we were talking in mumble. It might take me some time to find some decent logs because she played demo for us, but she did have some pretty high accuracy with direct hit if that's relevant. I just wanted to speak quickly on the bo4r issue. Please don't take this as defending a cheater, because I have zero connection to bo4r or his team, and I put many hours per week in to keeping UGC league running smoothly. If I didn't care about cheaters, I would be undoing everything that we try to do.

It's totally possible he's cheating, but he hasn't been banned yet because we don't ban anyone when there's any doubt. For some people (specifically NA HL players), UGC is the only game in town, which makes banning people a much more serious ordeal that it might be for say, a pub community. When you're a player, it's really easy to go "wow yeah look at that hacker", but when you're an admin, you have to go "This looks like cheats, but how can one prove this wasn't done legitimately?".

When you're actually making bans based off of your suspicion, the process is reliant on proof. When you see DMX kill two people in two different spots without moving his crosshair, you think "This can't be lag compensation, it's actually silent aimbot" and you ban him. You don't ban him because "he gets a 12K on warmfront lands like 12 headshots in a row". It sure as hell helps find the proof when someone like $layer points out a player with crazy stats, but the stats themselves are nothing but an indicator.

I hope you understand that it's a high standard of proof, not laziness or ineptitude, that lets some people you think are cheaters keep playing. Bo4r has provided live streams of his matches showing very good performance without any sign of wall hacks. He is not "cleared" as his teammates claim, and his POVs will continue to be collected and reviewed. Nothing is resolved here. As much as people tend to be grasping at straws/misunderstanding how cheats work when they submit "vigilante" demo reviews, we look at all of them and we appreciate the effort that goes into them. More eyes can catch things admins missed, and new perspectives are always educational.
