Spectator HUD messed up

I'm currently using Hudas Iscariote's hud, and the spectator gui is messed up.

And here are the settings in SpectatorTournament.res:

I've tried modifying the offset_x for the blue part but nothing happens.

There's been quite a few threads about this now.

Valve fucked it in the Gun Mettle update. Currently, there's no fix.

Start from scratch. Extract the original file from tf2_misc_dir.
