Hi, I am in need of an upgrade and am going to buy a new computer. However, not really sure which parts are worth grabbing. So far I've picked out the graphics card and the cpu.

And I'm not really sure where to go from there. I play other games apart from TF2 and would hope to play at a high fps on max settings. My budget is $1100. If there are better deals for a gpu/cpu please do suggest them. Anyway, just wondering if anyone can come up with a good pc that will last me a while. Thanks!

Look around the battlefield forums, a lot of those guys have built computers for BF3, and that can give you some ideas. I had some friends e-mail me builds from newegg under 900$. So it's worth a shot to see what they have suggested to each other.
Sorry I couldn't offer more, I'm not very beneficial when it comes to computer hardware ;-;

dang gur cpu and gpu alone are $600 nice pics though
Once you put in the components you just follow down the build list and it will do compatibility for you.

Definitely a good site...especially when finding the 'most highly rated' or popular component within your price-range.

Well if you already finished I hope you didn't get the i7-3770, instead get the i7-3770K. It should be virtually the same price but K = the unlocked version which allows for some pretty easy overclocking.
