In TF2 and CS:GO I can't play on secure servers because something is blocking Valve Anti-Cheat and I have tried the thing on the page it brings you to but when I enter some of the commands it says something like "Value Not Found" can someone please help me, if you can I even have team viewer, post directly here or add me on Steam

You should be really careful about saying that u are willing to use teamviewer, you will get a bunch of sketchy people. Even if you are, you shouldn't say it until you are talking to somebody in a PM or something

If you include anything about VAC they tend to just take it as you asking to be unbanned and either not reply or send a reply about being unbanned. It would be best to send a message without the actual word VAC in it (something along the lines of "Cannot connect to secure servers" might be good.
Otherwise in my experience they usually send you a canned response in about a week then about another week after telling them the canned response didn't work for an actual reply.

In my experience, it usually takes 4-7 days to get a response, no matter what the subject is.

Ok I got this issue as well as few friends, all you need to do is delete everything in your steam folder apart from your steamapps and steam.exe and let steam reaquire all the files apart from those. This has fixed it 100% of the time if no other solutions work.
