disabling screen effects

is there a way to disable effects which are messing with my screen? like fire, bleed, jarate?

Pretty sure there are ways to do with the HUD files.
Try asking user omni, or maybe try asking it on the huds.tf forums.

Jarate King would be better to ask. I think that's more of a .vtf thing than a HUD thing.
