A few things:
1. In esea, the divisions are Open (lowest), Intermediate (middle), and Invite (highest). If this is your first season doing 6v6, I'd recommend avoiding those divisions because you have to pay for them and you will undoubtedly get stomped on.
2. UGC is a free to play league (http://www.ugcleague.com/), and the only divisions (for 6v6) are Steel (lowest) and Platinum (highest). I'd recommend going to the UGC forums (follow the aforementioned link) and post in the recruiting threads there.
3. With 11.6 hours total in game, you might want to get some more experience on your main class before just jumping into comp. Check out the newbie mix group (http://steamcommunity.com/groups/na6v6newbiemix), and play a few of those. I could be wrong, but I really doubt that you are capable of playing on a team at this point. Just try to get some more hours on your main class, and play some newbie mixes to get the hang of the 6v6 format. Good luck!
