Help with ESEA Client (Error Message #107)

I have recently had an issue with the ESEA client (shocker). Whenever I try to connect to a match server, it says I must have the client open before any games are running. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, opening the client with steam not running, and the whole troubleshooting page on ESEA. If you know how I can fix this, please help me. Thanks

launch client. open tf2 separately. join off of one of your friends who are in the server. (copy paste the ip)

finally fixed. If anyone has this issue, just keep reinstalling the esea client and make sure your account is an administrator.
