rage1I wanted to edit some of the colours in your HUD, but they keep reverting back to default ones. For example, I changed the ammo numbers colours, but when I run low on ammo and refill it, colours change back to white. This also happens with Ubercharge meter and number colours. How to fix that?

Try looking into hudanimations_tf.txt in the scripts folder.

Tried changing these for Uber meter and number. These do stay after using an Uber now, but the full uber colour flash stopped working.

I'm probably doing something wrong, but I can't tell what.

EDIT: Fixed everything by editing ClientScheme.res.

I've recently downloaded this hud and I like pretty much everything about it, but I am not a fan of the main page. Is there a way to change it from the blue bubbles on the front so some sort of custom picture

You'd have to find a picture of whatever you want, make it a .vtf file with VTFEdit, name it "background_upward" and copy it and name that copy "background_upward_widescreen" and place both in flathud/materials/console

Thansk flatline, this worked, however I have noticed that the shift-tabe menu on steam is not working. Is this client side, or a glitch with the hud?

Is the hud broken for me ? I used an older version of the hud but decided to update to 2.7 and after doing all my tweaks/modifications (changing the color of health and ammo values;hud xhair) i noticed that the health values do not work anymore: I changed normal health to light blue and picked orange for low health yet it turns into a purple and stays like that even when going back to normal health.

That's probably from using cl_mvm_wave_status_visible_during_wave 1, which is disabled by default.
On an unrelated note, the in-game credit counter shows up on the upgrade station panel.

Probably not. The whole point of removing extra options was to streamline the updating process and eliminate the multitude of bugs that arise from me having 7 different versions of the hud to maintain.

How could i move the respawn timer a bit down then ? I dont really like not being able to know what bots are left in a wave :l

Seems to be a bug with the contracts drawer. It was fine a couple days ago when I last played, so I'm not sure what happened. The contracts screen works without the HUD installed, but if this isn't a bug with flatHUD, my apologies.

The above bug was caused by an update to the Quest details that displayed the expiration date. Huds w/o this text glitched out.

I just reinstalled this hud to fix the problems and my scoreboard seems to have changed. It used to be much smaller and compact, with damage indicated there etc. It would be lovely to have a slightly smaller scoreboard with damage indicated if at all possible!

The minimal scoreboard should still display damage (its underneath the kd). I think you're talking about the old scoreboard which I got rid of (with the stats on the left?). I guess I could link you a copy of the old scoreboard if I still have one lying about but it won't be updated.

That the exact same thing i had when updating my hud. Either a bug or flatline experimenting ^^ (Might have something to do with the new menu layout in #643)

The dl button on the flathud page is just a direct link to the github download. It's always the newest.
