I've spoken to several of the teams but haven't been able to message everyone, for TFTV we're trying to start casting 2 matches each night we start up the stream, a 10:30 EST and an 11:30 EST match, so teams have an opportunity to scrim a bit beforehand.
I've been trying to ask teams to schedule matches at certain times if they can, but sometimes it's been a struggle going back and forth between teams ironing out the details.
By default if teams could try to schedule at those two times it'd be a big help, and also I ask that if we contact you about switching a match time you be willing to do it unless of course circumstances with players not being available at a certain time, etc come into play.
We have a lot of casting talent for TFTV right now, with Buick, Mr Slin, Bloodsire, and truktruk. It'd be a shame to put it to waste and be able to maybe only do a couple matches a week with only 1 game a night. The viewer #'s have been increasing a fair amount since i55 and with MM on the horizon it's an important time to keep producing content.
Thanks.

Perfect time to do this, considering matchmaking is on the horizon.
Constant flows of VODs will definitely keep things interesting for the newer viewers, good job

Definitely a good initiative, hope we can all not schedule stuff last minute so the casters actually have time to cast.

yeah like most teams already know that they're going to be playing wed/thurs or like this week will be cut short with GXL. if we can plan ahead of time that'd be soooo much appreciated.

Not to rain on anyone's parade but we already do. We've casted every premiership game in 2015 so far.

This is also 100% true. As far as numbers go, at the start of the year we might have had 300-350, MAYBE 400 for a regular season ETF2L prem game. In S20 we had 3 separate regular season games with more than 1,000 viewers (Reason, nerdRage and TLR vs. each other) and so far this season (we've only just had week 2) we've seen 600+ viewers in regular season games that weren't even particularly high profile games. We've also seen at least 13k more followers on twitch, maybe as high as 15k, 4k of which came from i55. #NotDead

Let's talk about the real incentive here. Get your schedules right, and you greatly increase your chances to have me mispronounce your name live on stream.

Also, if Invite teams aren't already on Discord, they really should be. It's the easiest way for production to stay in contact with teams so that we can both share information. If you still need to get in there, add me and we'll get you set up.

As an example, we hit 950 viewers towards the peak of that game, plus another 150 or so watching kaidus. That's how much of a difference consistent scheduled coverage makes.
