#70 NA Invite Top 100: #5-#1 in News

Two questions:

1) How dare you.
2) No mention for gaming, writing, or casting? Nothing? My ex’s are right, I wasted my time.

Edit: You’re lucky I have a family now otherwise I’d lace up my converse and exact my mediocrity upon you, again! Then you’d see. You’d all see…

It’s not that I’m not confident that I’ll be in the top5, thus validating this insane list, but it’s exactly that.

#8 Lawbreakers in Other Games

Been tracking this for some time. There's some great potential here if the devs don't end up making the pitfall compromises everyone seems to make these days. Very awesome to see a movement based FPS being developed again. We'll have to see how movement based it really is.

#9 Traffic ticket? in Off Topic

Got a $250 ticket for going 40 in a 30 at 2:30am 2 years ago. I was going 35 because I know the road is a speed trap. Car behind me starts riding my ass, didn't look like a cop car so I sped up to 38...39...car still on my ass...40. Sirens.

Jerk pushed me just high enough to ticket me. Was in one of those SUV squad cars. 2am. No one on the road. 10 miles over the speed limit. He got me good.

#42 The Future of ESEA Invite in TF2 General Discussion

I dont feel an active reddit thread is a valuable metric of any sort of success. The match was a shit show and broke from the norm, that's why it had a post and that's why is was commented on. Add to that the b4nny factor and that's your publicity. Nothing about it screams "whoa check out how awesome comp TF2 actually is," it's just "this thing happened that normally doesn't." There is no positive there other than the ackowledgment that comp TF2 exists, and if that's all we're looking for, then... welp.

#25 The Future of ESEA Invite in TF2 General Discussion

I'm all for fun. Fuck around all you want, teams. If you're being casted though, please don't. There are people working for free to try and help bring TF2 to a larger audience—something that will only benefit the players—and screwing around kind of undermines that as well as wastes time. Think of the children.

#37 I don't know in Videos

It's incredibly easy to fall back on the same phrases espescially with a hot mic and the necessity to talk, I think many people overlook this. I usually listen to all my casts at the gym or on a drive to try to identify these things and eliminate them. It's not easy to do. I've noticed myself doing it in real time, tried to stop it, and the very next time continue to do it. I used to say reciprocate all the time when both teams popped uber and it was a deliberate thing I had to stop.

Don't feel bad about this. Everyone does it in some form, the beauty about what we do as volunteer casters is we get to learn and work on these sorts of things. ZP, the play by play guy for GosuGamers OW, says "that being said" after everything. It's just the nature of the beast, and something we can all work on.

At least you don't have the voice of a 15 year old Brooklyn Italian.

#108 TF2: remember _____? in TF2 General Discussion

Scout 1v1's where with each passing moment of random damage and damage spread both of you began to wonder who would crit first. Because crits were defaulted on and we couldn't turn them off yet.
