The halloween update's bought out lots of stuff, but having random streaks of white home in on you all the time is pretty offputting, both visually and for random, unavoidable drops in fps.

I wanted to know if there was a way to disable them a-la the nohats mod disabling unusual effects.
If not that's fine but it'd be nice if I could just put a blank file called soulparticle.whatever in my /custom/ and disable them.
