I woke up today and my game that usually runs at a constant 240 fps was running at 60-80 frames. To my knowledge I did not change anything about my computer that would influence such a drop. I am experiencing the same issue in any other game that I have tried(CS:GO, and Quake) which leads me to believe that my tf2 isnt whats causing the issue.
Here are my pc specs:
CPU: Intel i5-4460 @3.2 GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT740 2GB
this is a screenshot of my net_graph in tf2:

I wish I could provide more information but this is all I know for now. I have no clue what the issue could be.

this has happened to a good number of people here. can you restart TF2 and check net_graph again? for whatever reason, a restart immediately jumped my FPS back to normal rates
