Hi there.
I'd like to stretch my 4:3 resolution to 16:9. In the past I have been able to, but now it is not working, black bars are appearing no matter what I do.

Launch Options:

-novid -full -h 768 -w 1024

AMD Catalyst Settings:

AMD Catalyst Version/s:

My Monitor is also able to change display mode and that is set to full.

Have you checked your monitor settings to stretch input and not apply the black bars to maintain aspect ratio? Besides the GPU scaling your monitor might also apply scaling.

if your on windows 10 AMD cards are not updated yet to support stretching.
Instead, use this program which toggles 1024x768 (or whatever resolution you want it to stretch it too) to make it stretched: http://funk.eu/hrc/

i love you

fyi, you need to start tf2 with the desired resolution in your launch options, but native in the program. Once in tf2, switch the program to your tf2 resolution and you're golden.

Sorry for the bump, but for some reason it stopped working for me. Am I the only one?

[edit] Oh nvm, I wish I could delete it. I kinda fixed it myself.
