The withdrawal of #tf2center from DreamHack Winter left the organizers of the tournament hard-pressed to find a solution that would keep the tournament competitive with just over a week to go.

With the tournament quickly approaching, none of the top teams that would be ideal to replace #tf2center were available to attend. Community member Buttnose stepped up in the time of need, organizing a team with some of the members of #tf2center that were planning to attend and others living in Sweden that would be able to come to the event at short notice.

However, the team is still unable to pay for the logistics required, given the last-minute nature of the situation. As a result, they have started a fundraiser to pay for their transportation and accommodation, which if not fulfilled will result in them not being able to attend. If this happens, the tournament will have a different format for the three remaining teams.

The roster, having three members who played on the famous team nerdRage.tf2 which placed second at Insomnia55, as well as three Swedish members, have decided to play under the name of swedeRage for the tournament unless they receive a sponsorship.

Team organizer Buttnose issued the following short comment on the situation:

the only comment i have to give is that if someone didn't do this sideshow would have a gaping wobbly butthole
