Ok, so I am having a problem with Tf2 when I start it up, it loads past the 2 ad's and then closes. I've tried to verify game cache, defrag the game and uninstall and reinstall and the same problem keeps happening. If anyone could help me out I would appreciate it.
are you using a custom hud? huds broke bad in the latest update: http://www.teamfortress.tv/forum/thread/3593-hud-halp
I dont get any ads or anything like that, simply after playing for a couple minutes my game just crashes without even an error

Mine doesn't tell an error either.

Maybe TF2 no longer supports your processor/video card because Valve somehow raises the requirements every 2 weeks. this was very "haha ur comp sux" of me
Try deleting your TF folder and put -autoconfig in the launch options and remove all your other launch options that don't have to do with resolution. You can re-add these afterwards (if this works, of course) to try and find what the problem was.
If the default settings don't work then the problem is more likely your hardware or a third party program. Is this problem solely with TF2? Can you check if this happens with other games, or more specifically Source games?

I forgot to mention that after the source ad the game looks like it's minimizing but it doesn't, the loading icon comes up and I never see it again or an Hl2 error.
I haven't tried any other source games, I just have Tf2 installed atm.
Let me give you a better description of what my game does after the source ad. I open up Tf2 and it gets past the valve and source ads and automatically closes and the clicker icon loads turns black and the game minimizes but it goes away.
Ok, i've fixed the probs and now when I click launch Tf2 it just sits there and nothing ever happens.
