Are there any free and good video editing software that you guys could recommend. I am currently using Shutcut, but it crashes very often and it's very hard to find tutorials on more advanced editing features.

Honestly, just torrent Sony Vegas Pro 12/13 or Adobe Premiere.
If you don't know how to, there are PLENTY of tutorials online that show the best and safest ways.

Or pirate Premiere instead because it's better. Magix video deluxe is also nice and user friendly if you don't need the features premiere has over it.

What footage would you be working with? I'd personally recommend from all of the editing softwares i've used Adobe Premiere and EDIUS.

Adobe Premiere or bust. Learn it, and you will need nothing else.

Also great because it ties into the rest of the Creative Suite/Cloud, so even more tools to work with.

Vegas is easier to pirate in my experience. Obviously can't give a link but there are plenty of portable versions that are literally just 1 exe file.

Honestly, you don't even have to pirate to use Premier without spending a bunch of money any more. Creative Cloud is a thing.
