How to remove the fog?

So whenever I play with dx91 or dx95 I always have this fog everywhere and it drops my frames 100%

Im using comanglia config for good pcs

I have added these commands myself:

mat_phong 0
mat_specular 0
mat_bumpmap 0
r_worldlights 0

It is r_pixelfog 1, if I make it 0 it gets even more foggy

afaik it's a problem with one of the 'no explosion smoke script' versions, try deleting it and check if it fixes the issue
