Just add -full to the launch options and delete -sw and -windowed if they are there

I do too, but it's been a long time. I recently just got a new rebuilt pc and have been trying to play the game since last Saturday.

do you have dxlevel in your launch options? if so, take it out, start your game, set your fullscreen resolution, and then restart to see if it stays.
