I am working on developing the next (and possibly final) release of StatusSpec, which should be released within a week. Most significantly, it will include the camera smoothing feature introduced at LAN, and is targeted to include another module currently in development and optimizations for the current HUD panels.

If you have any suggestions for features or tweaks to be made for this release, I would greatly appreciate them. Thanks for your support over the past year.

[*] Colors/fonts in hud files that come with the download in rgba values or at least values available in a default ClientScheme.res

[*] Disabling ring/(item) notification sounds/notifications (if this isn't already possible)
[*] Being able to disable the domination/revenge sounds being played when using the 'local player' feature

You can edit MedigunInfo.res to change the appearance of medigun info.

On a related note, major (breaking) changes to that module (as well as many more) are coming. I haven't forgotten about the next version, but my time has greatly decreased and the number of modules slated for an update in the new version continues to grow.

Why did you remove API-based (ESEA/ETF2L/Twitch) aliases and the player outlines ? Those were really great features for casting =(

Player outlines are now part of the vanilla game, and I feel that those should deprecate mine.

API-based player aliases were removed to reduce dependencies on external services. An alternative is planned, but the groundwork is still being laid for that.

ok, the problem with the vanilla outlines is that you cant show only outlines. they always come with a health bar and player name. there is a hud workaround to hide the playernames, but you cant remove the healthbar without removing the outlines. your outlines are superior imo.

i am also experiencing a strange problem with statusspec atm. I can spectate players in first and third person.

I believe localplayer has been broken after the most recent update. Whenever I choose a certain player to spec TF2 instantly crashes

So I just started setting this up and using it. This is really impressive! However, I'm having an issue with two commands:

statusspec_cameraautoswitch_enabled 1
statusspec_fovoverride_enabled 1

If either of these are enabled, my game crashes upon joining a server. Other than that, things have been working perfectly.
Any idea what may be causing these crashes?

Also, something looks wonky with the medigun panel. I feel like I need to define these variables somewhere, but I missed a step along the way. http://i.imgur.com/H6H2UCD.jpg

SS camera binds are broken atm, from what I've heard from other streamers that used them it crashed the game when trying to use the bind.
