Um.. so anyway, I don't think I'm ready to give up kidneys or unusuals (yet). Do you think a raffle would get enough buzz? I was thinking maybe like if I got that whole amount, I might raffle off a couple visa gift cards for like $500 and less. Being somewhat of a nobody, it'd be kind of embarrassing to have that fall on my face, so I'm hesitant.

I was planning it on doing it with the money from the raffle. And also, I'm not on my ass broke or anything. I just want to feel whole again, because it's not right that my roommate got his cake and ate it too. Maybe making it right is letting go like pyyyour said. Or giving blood.

None taken. I appreciate the honesty, because that's what I was looking for. I was just in the dumps about the whole situation and was wondering what everyone had in mind but I've got the consensus. Expensive learning experience. Sucks but I'm not alone. Again, I appreciate all the feedback/support.
