Its not working for like a week. Steam overlay is enabled.
And my launch options is fine and updated...
What can i do?

do you have -dxlevel in your launch options? If yes remove it

Sometimes if you have other overlays (or too many of them) they will become incompatible with each other and only some or none of them will work. I know, for example, that if I have nvidia geforce share, RTSS, and steam overlay, only geforce share and rtss will work.

i think you have to enable it in steam AND in tf2 properties
