I wonder how it would run TF2 if all the cores and gpu's would work only one copy of windows. Probably wouldn't make any difference seeing that TF2 can only utalize 2 cores, let alone 18 O.o

To be fair there is no considerable FPS boost past 3 cores and diminishing returns past 2. TF2 will use the cores but there is no benefit.
Tested it myself awhile ago. Give me a minute and i will rerun the test.

Test results~
1 core = 2639 frames 32.399 seconds 81.45 fps (12.28 ms/f) 7.417 fps variability

2 cores = 2639 frames 21.260 seconds 124.13 fps ( 8.06 ms/f) 8.348 fps variability

3 cores = 2639 frames 18.942 seconds 139.32 fps ( 7.18 ms/f) 8.515 fps variability

12 cores = 2639 frames 18.758 seconds 140.69 fps ( 7.11 ms/f) 10.484 fps variability

I have to post because #13 summoned me, but basically what #17 said.
At 3 cores (or 2 cores with Hyperthreading) you're looking at 90-99% (depending on the clockrate) of the performance you'd get if you added infinite cores.

Due to scheduling the cores probably won't boost to the max so in the end everyone gets 4 cores with Hyperthreading at 3.1GHz. Even if it uses more cores that doesn't change anything so you're still looking at 3.1GHz with no core "bottleneck". An i3-4170 or 6100 (both 3.7GHz) would actually be faster. 2x 2706$ = 5412$ or 7x 117$ = 819$. Yeah, it's a terrible idea for TF2.

But I don't think this is about practicality.
