Can't Connect to Servers Off Browser

Hey, for example on the TFTV site, on servers if I want to join a dm server or one server on the site, when I click on the join button, nothing happens, just wondering how I could fix this

I have the same problem on Chrome. Oddly enough, only Steam-related magnet links fail to work; all other types of magnet links work fine. However, Steam magnet links work fine for me on Firefox, Edge, Internet Explorer, and Opera. Running on Windows 10, if it has any relevance.

In Firefox you can go Options > Applications and then change setting for steam.
