So recently I've encountered a weird bug in my game. Basically I hear a windows notification sound and I'm paralyzed for a few seconds. That meaning that the game around me is still running fine, but I can't move, look around or shoot. My OS is Windows 10. Any help would be appreciated.
PS: Not sure if this kind of thread belongs here, please move it if necessary.
Cheers.

Hello Sorsa. I also have that problem, but when it happens, I just crouch and then I can move again.
I don't know how to fix the bug entirely, but for me it's slowly disappearing

I think I had the same problem, game stuttered/froze for 2-3 seconds after I heard Windows notification for when a USB unit get's connected/disconnected to/from your PC. Only had it for like a day. Not sure what fixed it.

Mind running in full screen for a while and see if it's tabbing you out of the game?

It's not a TF2 issue, it's a Windows issue.
Did you try kKaltUu's suggestion?
