I found this program called clockblocker the other day. It prevents your GPU from downclocking in TF2 while using a graphics config. My FPS has improved a bit from this so i am sharing it in hopes it will help others.

I tried this out 2 weeks ago and my fps dropped. Like Jeff asked, how should I set the program?
