I've got these weird red crosses occurring in my demo files and well, I don't want 'em.
My friend thought that this issue might have something to do with these demos not being recording on official valve servers. But I've recorded demos on the same server several times in the past without encountering this problem.
Is there a way to fix this problem manually or do I simply have to wait for valve to fix it in an upcoming update?
Thanks.

if you have custom explosions but at the time of recording you had default explosions red crosses will occur every time an explosion happens.
so removing them will be your solution.

I don't have any custom explosions but i did in fact switch to a "movie" config which might have had some different explosion settings idk, Doesn'r seem like that should be a problem but I'll switch back to my original cfg and have a look, thanks.
