I need help with my tf2. for some reason my steam says i'm in tf2 all the time but i don't even have the game launched and it isn't even in my task manager. I can't load up tf2 also because it says the game is already running, please help i would really appreciate it

rebooting your pc doesn't help? check what programs you have running on startup. disable steam (and tf2 if you somehow have that)

rebooting doesn't help, the only thing that loads when my pc is rebooted is steam/spotify

Sometimes that happens to me and i have to end it through process lasso(it's super annoying)

Yeah that's a really annoying bug that happened to me few times, even thought that someone broke into my account and is now deleting everything that I have. Closed steam via task manager and it always helped.
