weird lag

so my game keeps getting this weird lag where all the player models stop for a split second, then resume. It really derps my aim, does anyone know how to fix this?

Have you tried verifying game cache/restarting your game and running it as admin? it could also have something to do with ping. It could be alot of things, I would first try closing out of every program but steam and tf2 and trying it from there (could have something to do with too much cpu/ram usage?)

It's not my ping or my cpu I think, I only open Tf2 by itself, and I get like 30 ping on the servers I use

Try verifying game cache and uninstalling custom elements, if that doesnt work reinstalling might be a good option, also try updating graphics drivers if you havent already and close Raptr/Nvidia shadowplay thing?

also are you using an fps config? (like comanglia's) i would recommend this first if you aren't
