tagg does not release his cfg because he (smartly) believes that you should build your own cfg based on your own preferences

I understand that, but I like the way his TF2 looks and runs as well as the crosshairs he uses, which is why I would like his config.

I'm sure he just uses either comanglia/chris config.
His crosshairs would be to do with his hud files, not his config.

Use comanglias frames config found in the customization form. Copying someones config does NOT make you good. Practice does. If you want a custom config fill out my form and I will build you one.
