Feel free to make whatever kinda content you want but you should keep in mind that this forum is aimed at competitive TF2, mainly 6s - so your spy tutorials and loadouts aren't likely to be well received.

Your feedback is shit. Tf2 channels aren't exactly a saturated market on youtube and if the game is about to get bigger, it's very possible that new channels will get big.
@OP make way better thumbnails, turn up your voice volume in comparison to the music, get rid of the window on your recording, video and sound quality is good otherwise. Also, in scripted videos, make sure you're always clearly saying what you're trying to say and re-record if necessary. Also have some sort of concept for the kind of tf2 videos you want to make without turning into a cheap star/jerma/(muselk) knockoff(-knockoff).
Also, for what it's worth, your voice sounds 80% like muselk
