This happening to anyone else?
this has been happening ever since I updated chrome the other week. fix for true fullscreen is to reopen the video in a new tab. super annoying.
Thanks it worked, if anyone knows a proper fix, please post, this sucks.

I have been experiencing this problem on a dual monitor setup. When I play a fullscreen video on one monitor then click something on the other, the taskbar appears.
One way to avoid this is first clicking the taskbar on the other monitor before interacting with other applications.

No this is a new thing, it happens when I do nothing on the other monitor at all and it doesn't go away no matter how often I click the video and reopen the fullscreen. Only #2 fixed it for me so far.
