ALSO suggestions on keyboard and monitors(144HZ only)
ur gonna need a better processor if ur trying to go for 144hz
as for 144hz recs id go with benq, asus (u can find used models on craigslist possibly)
and u can prob find a sick keyboard on massdrop or build one if ur up to it but for the best quality/price ratio but if you cant be bothered most people on this forum have recommended the cm storm (model depends on the layout u want obviously)

Get a 500 GB HDD and any SSD for your OS and TF2, or just throw an SSD on top of your build if you wanna spend more money. It's taken me nearly 4 years to fill up a 1tb disk and I can get it back to 400 GB free by deleting movies. The extra boot/load speed is way more useful

Run TF2 on max
Pentium G4400
TF2 is very CPU bound. This will not work out that well.
Also, price range? How much storage do you need? Are you going to play any other games besides TF2?

1. Post in the pc build thread (see #3)
2. Budget?
3. FYI that CPU won't fit in that mobo.
Also on max graphics you will get drops below 144fps in pubs, even with a far better CPU, just warning you now before you're dissapointed.

i don't think having a monitor that costs more than your processor/graphics card combined is a good idea

Skip the R7 360. From what I understand the Radeon RX 480 will accomplish more for the price at MSRP of 199 USD. Also, Setsul's mention about the CPU not fitting the motherboard is correct. You need to make sure the socket is correct.
I run TF2 max settings and I'm running an R9 fury x and an i7 6800k. I'm going to say that in public servers you'll see about 80 fps like this. In comp, 120-260 fps give or take on most maps.
Edit: in otherwords, have reasonable expectations for your budget.
